Play Services Waiver

This Waiver applies to children’s play services provided by Wild Clover Kids ABN 15 174 096 065 (“Wild Clover Collective”).

​When you agree to this Waiver, you do so on your behalf and that of your child or your children who are participating in Wild Clover Kids play programs, classes and events.

​Play services include but are not limited to child-led sensory play, messy play, risky play, loose parts play, nature play, and climbing. Activities may include access to water and natural elements such as sand, trees, flora/fauna. Sensory/Messy play may also use various “Sensory Bases”- if your child is allergic/sensitive to common messy play materials such as flour, rice, pasta, bicarbonate of soda, food colouring etc you are responsible for managing your child’s exposure to these materials. 

​If you do not wish to be exposed to such risks associated with play activities provided by Wild Clover Kids under the terms of the Waiver Agreement, you should not participate in play services by Wild Clover Kids.

​By ticking the box, I confirm I  have read this WAIVER AND UNDERSTAND I ASSUME ALL RISK IN RELATION TO PLAY SERVICES BY WILD CLOVER KIDS.

​Participation in the activities at Wild Clover Kids carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. The specific risks may vary from one activity to another, and range from minor injuries such as scratches, bruises and sprains to major injuries as well as paralysis and death. I acknowledge the risks involved in the activities conducted at Wild Clover Kids. These risks or dangers may be caused by other participants, or by accidents, or by forces of nature or other causes. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure that myself or my child participates only in those activities for which he/she has the required skills.

​I UNDERSTAND that supervision of my child/ren is my responsibility. I also accept that Wild Clover Kids bears no responsibility for any injury or illness arising from myself or my dependent/ child experiencing injury from lack of or inadequate footwear, clothing, sunscreen or insect repellant. 

I UNDERSTAND Some activities may be impacted by severe weather. I recognise that Wild Clover Kids reserves the right to cancel/implement alternative activities in the event of inclement and undesirable weather or other unforeseen circumstances, and a ‘make up’ credit will be issued. 

​​​I hereby release Wild Clover Kids, all employees, staff and assistants of Wild Clover Collective or any other persons involved in my participation play services from any suit, demand, action or claim for compensation, whether for personal injury or damage to property arising from my participation.

 I AGREE, and I am aware that this Waiver is ongoing and will apply to all future occasions I participate in play services by Wild Clover Kids.

​I furthermore acknowledge that this document is contractual and may be relied upon in any proceedings by me, my heirs, executors, and assigns.

 I AGREE I am not under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any illicit substances.

I CONFIRM I am 18 years or over and am legally competent to sign this agreement OR My parent or legal guardian has signed this form to consent to my participation.

Art Class Waiver 

This Waiver applies to children’s art class services provided by Wild Clover Kids ABN 15 174 096 065 (“Wild Clover Collective”).

When you agree to this Waiver, you do so on your behalf and that of your child or your children who are participating in Wild Clover Kids play programs, classes and events.

Services include, but are not limited to: art, craft, messy and sensory play utilising commercial art supplies, tools and equipment. 

I ACKNOWLEDGE that it is my responsibility to ensure that my child participates only in those activities for which he/she has the required skills, and is willing to follow the instructions of Wild Clover Kids staff in relation to the safety and wellbeing of all students and staff attending Wild Clover Kids sessions. 

“Taste-Safe” defines sensory bases that are non-toxic and not harmful if ingested, but children eating/tasting sensory bases should not be encouraged. It is the responsibility of parents to ensure the supervision of their child/ren at all times while engaged in art, craft, or messy/sensory play activities provided by Wild Clover Kids.

Medical Release

In the case of an emergency involving your child, you understand that every effort will be made to contact you or the emergency contact you provide upon booking. However, in the event that you cannot be reached to make arrangements for emergency medical attention at the time of illness or accident, you hereby authorise Wild Clover Kids staff to call 000 to provide urgent care for your child and further authorise your child to receive medical treatment that is necessary and appropriate.

As parent/guardian, you individually and on behalf of your child, release and agree to hold Wild Clover Kids harmless from any and all liability and hereby assume all risk and responsibility and waive any claim or cause of action of any nature whatsoever arising on behalf of your child while at Wild Clover Kids or otherwise in the care of its staff. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wild Clover Kids against any and all claims which may arise from any injury to said child while participating at the studio. You have read and understand the above policy and agree to comply with its provisions.
